DESCRIPTION:<pre class="content"><strong>What is Mind-Switch?</strong><br /
 >Mind-Switch is a monthly think tank in which a group of 10-15 women of dif
ferent <br />functions\, industries and personalities come together to brai
nstorm ideas &amp\; <br />challenges. Are you in an industry that is satura
ted with companies offering the <br />same service as you? How do you diffe
rentiate yourself? For those on a tight-budget <br />looking to rebrand or
reposition strategically\, how do you use the resources within <br />reach
to achieve your goal? Do you have a business model\, idea or new project yo

put real thought behind <br />business ideas\, issues and challenges. It i
s hoped that a deeper discussion and <br />exchange of ideas will both\, sh

as excite and motivate the individual whom has contributed these <br />iss

erators of Mind-Switch invite all women to submit issues and challenges tha
t <br />they would like to bring to the table one week before the event dat
 e. They will <br />then pick three or four topics (depending on their compl
exity) which will be <br />emailed out to attendees five days before the fo
rum. This will give attendees <br />enough time to dedicate some quick thin
king to the issues prior to the meeting. It <br />is hoped that attendees w
ill both contribute ideas &amp\; challenges for discussion as <br />well as
response and opinion for others who have presented issues to the table. <b

DESCRIPTION:What is Mind-Switch?\nMind-Switch is a monthly think tank in wh
ich a group of 10-15 women of different \nfunctions\, industries and person
alities come together to brainstorm ideas & \nchallenges. Are you in an ind
ustry that is saturated with companies offering the \nsame service as you?
How do you differentiate yourself? For those on a tight-budget \nlooking to
rebrand or reposition strategically\, how do you use the resources within
\nreach to achieve your goal? Do you have a business model\, idea or new pr
oject you¡¯\nve been mulling over internally for some time now that you wis
h run by others? \n\nWhat is the purpose of Mind-Switch? \nMind-Switch a gr
oup for self-starter women wishing to put real thought behind \nbusiness id
eas\, issues and challenges. It is hoped that a deeper discussion and \nexc
hange of ideas will both\, shed more light upon and/or solve problems broug
ht to \nthe table as well as excite and motivate the individual whom has co
 ntributed these \nissues. \n\nHow will Mind-Switch work? \nThe moderators
of Mind-Switch invite all women to submit issues and challenges that \nthey
would like to bring to the table one week before the event date. They will
\nthen pick three or four topics (depending on their complexity) which wil
l be \nemailed out to attendees five days before the forum. This will give
attendees \nenough time to dedicate some quick thinking to the issues prior
to the meeting. It \nis hoped that attendees will both contribute ideas &
challenges for discussion as \nwell as response and opinion for others who
have presented issues to the table. \n\nMind-Switch is a part of Women at t
he Wheel - A Series of Events for \nProfessional Women in Shanghai organise
d by the British Chamber in conjunction \nwith EPWS\, Expatriate Profession
al Womens Society. Women at the Wheel has \nthree main focuses that include
Suited Up - Women in leadership\, a speaker \nevent series highlighting th

  think tank\, a monthly business forum & The Cleopatra \nClub ¨C Social & n
